Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly on keyosbeauty.com. For purchases through a marketplace or retail store, please contact the original seller. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shipping & delivery
We deliver to serviceable locations across India (pan-India).

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 6 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility and any applicable COD charges are displayed before payment. Tracking information is shared after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, high order volumes or courier disruptions. If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated estimate, contact keyosbeauty@gmail.com and we'll investigate.

Address & order details
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if any details are incorrect — changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil your order, or your location becomes unserviceable, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amount collected for it.

Missing or undelivered parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us promptly and we will investigate with the courier. For parcels confirmed lost or undelivered, we will arrange an appropriate reshipment or refund. If delivery fails due to an address issue or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact us to agree on next steps and any applicable charges.
