The name woggle is used in many countries, but they are also called neckerchief slides in North America. Pre cut vegetable tanned tooling leather with snaps installed. Ready to dye, stamp and tool, or simply attach one of our decorative conchos for a finished look. Each piece measures 3 7 8" length x 1 5 8" width. Kit contains 25 neckerchief slides.
