Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Beaune Cent-Vignes 1er Cru 2021 Rosé and an aftertaste that justLes Cent Vignes is a Premier Cru classified vineyard in the AOC Beaune. Cent Vignes is located on the lower part of Burgundy's famous golden slope (Cote d'Or), which runs through the Beaune appellation. The field is a full 24 hectares and is known as one of the very best 1er Cru fields in all of Beaune. The field faces southeast and the subsoil is dominated by clay and sand. The Bitouzets own 1. 26 hectares of vines here, which were planted in 1987
