The harvest takes place exclusively by hand on the 78 hectares of vineyards The wine is made from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes get their richness deep down in the clay gravel soil. Fermentation takes place in oak vats, after which the wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in new oak barrels.
