The taste is large and persistent with elegant notes of red berries and fruits and a fine hint of rose petals. Truly harmonious and with very nice structure. Pairs perfectly with meat, mushrooms and truffles, mature cheeses. The grapes come exclusively from vineyards located in Treiso. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel under controlled temperature for about 15 18
