Thus, only the grapes that show signs of perfect maturity find their way into the wine. The wine ages in French oak barrels for a period of 12 to 16 months. A full bodied and powerful wine showing dark cherry, plum and earthy characters supported by a firm tannic structure that will benefit from time in the cellar. An intense wine from a great vintage.
