Quick to put on and take off and easy to clean, Ultra is made from a flexible polyurethane called Elastopan, which is 100 percent PVC free and contains millions of tiny air bubbles. This makes it 40 percent lighter than PVC or rubber and offers 2. 5 times more insulation than normal PU boots.
