Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon blend aged 18 months in French oak, followed by 3 months in bottle before release. San Pio appears deep ruby red in the glass and you are met by aromas which are a mix of fresh fruit and jam, with hints of vanilla. The taste is full and persistent with soft tannins. San Pio goes well with all kinds of meat dishes and
