Policy for Returns and Refunds

Return Guidelines

Before it ships, you have the option to modify or cancel your order whenever you’d like. You have 30 days to return any item to us if you’ve already received it. Your item must be in its original packing, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Please make sure you have the sales receipt or other documentation. Before making a return, you must get a return code from returns@keyosbeauty.com.

We will resend your item at no additional cost if it is damaged or lost in transit.

Refund Guidelines

  1. Damages and Problems
    Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Please email us right away at help@keyosbeauty.com if the item is broken, flawed, or you received the incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the circumstances and address any problems.
  2. Trades
    Returning the thing you have is the fastest approach to obtain the desired item. You can buy the requested item again after your return is approved.
  3. Returns
    We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as we receive and review your returned item. The refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method if it is accepted. Please be aware that processing and payments from your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
